With mark: On various occasions, an abarcón needs a series of marks that help it to better adapt to the profile where it is placed. Depending on their depth, these marks can be made automatically in the manufacturing process or with a subsequent operation.
SPECIAL MODIFICATIONS
Reduced or nominal thread: For some uses, it is necessary to manufacture a part with the same diameter in the thread as the wire we start with. To achieve this result, the threaded area is reduced prior to this operation, thus achieving, for example, that a wire with a nominal diameter of 10 mm results in an M10 threaded element.
USES:
Stamping: When the abarcón needs to better adapt to the tube it will embrace, the wire can be shaped for this purpose. This can be achieved with cold bending, or if greater deformation is needed, the bar would need to be heated before shaping it.
