Industrial Recense achieved AENOR certification in the year 2000 for the ISO 9000:1994 standard, later updating it in 2018 to ISO 9001:2015.
INDUSTRIAL RECENSE POLICY
The company’s main objective is the complete satisfaction of its direct and indirect customers through compliance, during the development of its activities, with all requirements established by both the client and current regulations and standards, ensuring environmental commitment.
The Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System implemented in the company and included in this Integrated Manual aims to reflect this spirit. It has been carried out in accordance with the UNE-EN-ISO 9001 and 14001 standards, and UNE-EN 1090, with its scope of application being: the design and production of fastening elements manufactured in galvanized steel, lacquered and stainless steel. The distribution of insulating and waterproofing sheets and other metal and plastic fastening elements.
Our Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System is based on the following principles:

- Promoting the training and awareness of our employees and those who work on our behalf, as well as communication with our suppliers so that they participate in our policy.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and other environmental requirements, working respectfully, under the commitment to environmental protection, including pollution prevention and minimization of environmental impacts produced as a result of the activity we carry out, paying special attention to those arising from our specific context (waste, discharges and atmospheric pollution among others).
- Planning our activities in such a way as to ensure, through the definition of objectives, the continuous improvement of our service provision and environmental performance, as well as the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System and good relationships with interested parties.
